The pervasive cigar smoke odor throughout the hotel is simply intolerable!!! the lack of family-friendly options and amenities could really use an upgrade for the hotel's luxury status!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the incredible breakfast served to my room and the refreshing cocktails at the bar. The spa had a lovely relaxation room and a great steam room, which made my downtime so much better. If I had to nitpick, it would be great to see a wider variety of dishes on the in-room dining menu. 😊

Charming stay despite a hiccup
So we had a blast with the staff, right? Super friendly and attentive. The cigar lounge was top-notch, and the food was delish! But the manager's vibe felt off, like he was in it just for the money. everything else made up for it. Oh, and in-room breakfast? Total win!

Fabulous View and Service
Just spent 2 nights in a Hyde Park view suite, and wow, it was awesome! The room was super spacious and beautifully designed. The staff? Totally on the ball, always ready to help. Oh, and the bar was well-stocked too. But seriously, the cigar bar smell lingered throughout, which wasn't great.
